Bleaching Policy

Hair Lightening Policy and Client Information – Huber Frank Hairsalon

For our salon, the health, quality, and long-term beauty of our guests’ hair are of paramount importance. Hair lightening is a complex chemical process that requires particular expertise, a gradual approach, and responsible decision-making.

1. The bleaching process – professional principles

Naturally dark or previously dyed hair cannot be safely lightened to a very light shade (e.g., platinum or icy blonde) in a single session without causing severe damage to the hair structure.

During the hair lightening process:

  • the internal pigments of the hair gradually break down,
  • a haj szerkezete minden világosítással terhelésnek van kitéve,
  • Excessive or simultaneous bleaching can cause breakage, a gummy texture, and hair loss.

Szalonunk nem vállal olyan munkát, amely a haj egészségét veszélyezteti, még akkor sem, ha a vendég ezt kifejezetten kéri.

2. Realistic expectations and a gradual approach

Achieving a light shade from dark hair can be a gradual process that requires several sessions.

The achievable result is influenced by the following factors:

  • the natural color of the hair,
  • previous coloring, bleaching,
  • hair condition, thickness, porosity,
  • at-home hair care habits.

During the consultation, our specialist provides the client with honest, professionally grounded information regarding the shade that can currently be safely achieved.

3. The salon’s right to decide

The salon and the hairdresser reserve the right to:

  • refuses to bleach if it would endanger the condition of the hair,
  • adjust the initially envisioned shade to protect the hair,
  • recommend a multi-stage treatment plan.

This decision is not a matter of aesthetics, but one of professional judgment and responsibility, serving the guest’s interests.

4. Responsibility and cooperation

Our salon is only responsible for results that:

  • which is professionally justified,
  • takes into account the health of the hair,
  • and was discussed during the consultation.

The guest acknowledges that:

  • the desired light shade cannot always be achieved immediately,
  • gradual progression is a fundamental requirement for high-quality, long-lasting blonde hair,
  • protecting the hair takes precedence over immediate visual impact.

5. Our Goal

Our goal is not only to create a beautiful color for a single occasion, but also to create healthy, shiny and long-lasting blonde hair that our guests can be proud of.

Thank you for your understanding and trust.
