In case of allergies or medical conditions<\/strong><\/p>

1. General provisions<\/strong><\/h2>

Hair coloring involves the use of chemicals and may therefore pose health risks in certain cases. Ensuring a safe service is in the mutual interest of both the client and the salon. <\/p>

2. Allergic reactions<\/strong><\/h2>
  • Hair dyes and bleaching agents can trigger an allergic reaction, even if the client has not experienced one previously.<\/li>
  • The guest is required to give advance notice if:
    • previously had an allergic reaction to hair dye, cosmetics, or chemical substances<\/li>
    • experienced redness, itching, a burning sensation, or swelling during or after dyeing<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • In the case of a known allergy, the salon:
      • recommends or prescribes a skin test (allergy test)<\/li>
      • may refuse the service if the painting poses a health risk<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • A guest cannot request hair coloring\u2014even at their own risk\u2014if there is a risk of an allergic reaction.<\/li><\/ul>

        3. Health status and scalp problems<\/strong><\/h2>

        Hair coloring cannot be performed if any of the following conditions are present on the client’s scalp:<\/p>

        • open wound, abrasion, bleeding area<\/li>
        • inflammation, infection, fungal disease<\/li>
        • severe dandruff, eczema, active stage of psoriasis<\/li>
        • fresh sunburn or irritation<\/li><\/ul>

          In these cases, the service is postponed to protect the guest’s health.<\/p>

          4. Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, Medication<\/strong><\/h2>
          • During pregnancy, breastfeeding, hormone treatment, or long-term medication use, hair and scalp may be particularly sensitive and the color result may become unpredictable.<\/li>
          • The client is required to disclose this information in advance.<\/li>
          • In such cases, the salon does not guarantee the color result and reserves the right to decline the service.<\/li><\/ul>

            5. Client Responsibility<\/strong><\/h2>
            • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about their health condition.<\/li>
            • The salon accepts no liability for allergic or health issues resulting from undisclosed information.<\/li><\/ul>

              6. Salon Responsibility<\/strong><\/h2>
              • The salon works exclusively with professional products and expert techniques.<\/li>
              • The stylist is authorized to interrupt or refuse service if the client’s health may be at risk.<\/li><\/ul>

                7. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/h2>

                By using the hair coloring service, the client confirms that they have:<\/p>

                • read and understood these terms<\/li>
                • provided accurate information about their health condition<\/li>
                • acknowledged the potential risks<\/li><\/ul>
