  • You can book an appointment online, by phone, or in person.<\/li>
  • Your booking becomes valid upon confirmation.<\/li>
  • If you are unable to attend, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that another guest can take the spot.<\/li>
  • In the event of cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show, a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.<\/li>
  • In the event of a delay exceeding 10 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled or the service performed in a shortened form.<\/li>
  • In the event of repeated delays or cancellations, a deposit is required.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

        • Huber Frank Hairsalon offers a 3-day guarantee on all its services.<\/li>
        • We can only accept complaints in person or in writing within 3 days.<\/li>
        • The guarantee applies to discrepancies regarding the agreed-upon style or color, not to differences in taste.<\/li>
        • The guarantee is valid only if the guest has followed the recommended at-home care instructions.<\/li>
        • The warranty is void in the event of a procedure performed at another salon or at home.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          • Please keep your phone on silent mode in the salon so that every guest can relax undisturbed.<\/li>
          • Children under the age of 12 may only be present in the salon if accompanied by an adult; hair coloring and extravagant haircuts require parental consent or authorization.<\/li>
          • We can only accommodate pets in a carrier, provided they do not disturb other guests.<\/li>
          • We cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings.<\/li>
